Beautiful house on a big piece of property so no worries about privacy or neighbors being to close. 20 minutes from Georgetown so easy to get provisions. We rented a boat for the week and the dock was perfect for keeping it tied up.”

“Jack, the host, is very welcoming and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay near Georgetown. Very nice to have kayaks and beach stuff to enjoy the beautiful beaches on this island. 4 adults and 2 teens stayed comfortably. They provide a robe so you can enjoy the outdoor shower. Grocery is about 15 min away but I do recommend having Kay get groceries before you arrive. Helps to have some food before you go into town. “I have just returned from Jack’s Island House with 10 college friends celebrating our 60th birthdays. The house was perfect for us! “Seabatical house sits on a beautiful beach and the house provided a lot of room for our family. The house did show a lot of wear and tear. We are NOT a picky and entitled group but for the amount we paid to stay at the Seabatical we were a bit frustrated.
