「We had a quick stay for an early flight the next morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful with whatever we needed and kindly offered to prepare breakfast for us in the morning. I wouldn’t stay at this property again in the future though due to a few uncomforts. Their dogs barked during the night, waking us up. There was a bright light next door that illuminated our room. The windows are shutter style glass that don’t keep out the hot exterior air. They have a window mounted air...

「The Air conditioner worked. That was good. However, we were concerned to find debris on the bed … bits of sand and some dead bugs on top of the sheets. The bed is right underneath the A/C unit … maybe debris blown onto the bed when the A/C was turned on? The office was closed by the time we noticed at bedtime, so we could not change rooms or request fresh sheets (the sheets also had stains on them). As a result, we just shook out the sheets outside and remade the bed. No mattress pad so the bed...

「The restaurant across the way is very convenient! There is a mini split that kept the room cool for my entire stay. The grounds are lovely and true to the pictures that are posted. I would certainly stay here again if I had the opportunity.」

「Pool is one of the best on the island. Rooms were basic but clean. Staff is responsive and friendly. Only complaint is the distance from most of the bars / restaraunts/ shops and swimming areas.」

「Rooms are basic and very outdated. Not very clean and very much in need of upkeep. AC marginal. No pool, beach or other ameneties, which was probably clear on the booking page. Its a far as possible from the "center of town" Sargassum is bad along the waterfront.」

Barefoot Caye Caulker Hotel is centrally located, so your within walking distance to Everything that Caye Caulker has to offer.」

「Triggerfish was great. We stayed one night transitioning from Caye Caulker to flying home. The pool was wonderful to lounge in on the provided floaties. We were able to walk to a great restaurant for dinner. The breakfast prior to our departure was perfect.」

「Staff was helpful, room was clean. Options for private or shared bathroom. Front door locked in the evening and no guests allowed, so safe for single travelers. Beer and water for sale and front desk, and a nice little balcony on the river. Short walk to the museum.」
