「Excelente lugar, personal muy atento y huele súper rico」

「The room was clean but the process of checking in was bad. This is not a hotel. There is no receptionist or lobby. I never met a human being throughout my stay. Communication was via text. My contact wanted to charge me $20 for checking in 30 minutes early but the manager stepped in and waived it. This was a last minute find due to mix up at another hotel. I wouldn't stay there again.」

「Exceptional stay! The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the fast Wi-Fi made working easy. The front desk staff handled our late check-in smoothly, and the location was just a five-minute walk to the main train station. Highly recommend for business travelers or weekend tourists. 「Good location in Little Havana. The bathroom is small. If you ever owned an RV or trailer it’s like that. Finagling yourself on the toilet and taking a shower are an interesting challenge. Plus the walls are thin and could hear the neighbors 5 am music being played - not ideal. But it’s clean & had a small kitchenette, which was nice.」

「Despite some issues we were accommodated quickly and loved how close was the location to all of our activities around Miami. We will definitely be staying again at the hotel which included a laundry room and a kitchenette and convincente parking for a fee.」

「The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. Unfortunately there was a group of people staying in one of the other apartments that went to the pool at 4 am with a large group of girls. They were very loud and recording videos of the girls while one woman asked them to twerk and pose. At one point there was a very loud sound and a man’s voice yelled out that he broke the chair. The conversations and behavior made the situation very concerning and definitely left us feeling that a little...

「Always available if needed help, Nice and convenient less than 1 block from Little Havana. The bed needs to be replaced, as the mattress isn’t the best. The stay was great for what we needed.」

「The room was in terrible condition. The wooden floor was broken and damaged, making it uncomfortable and unsafe to walk on. The bed sheets had holes, which is completely unacceptable and unhygienic. They changed the stay location which was not listed on the Expedia at the last minute. Overall, the room felt poorly maintained and not properly cleaned. Definitely not worth the money. I would not stay here again or recommend this house.」
