“We've stayed at Fairfield Inns in the past and had great experiences. This time was fair. There was no clock in the room. The refrigerator was off and it took several hours for it to get cold so we could get our water cold for travel the next day. We were told coffee would be available at 5am the following morning. We left at 5:30am. The lobby was dark, no one at the desk, only a sign indicating to drop our door cards in a basket. No coffee. Decaf only available in the room. We were……

“Rooms are clean Staff is helpful and pleasant There is ample space to hang out in the lobby or play cards at the eating area Its a very large main area The area is safe Lots of food areas and close to 75 to get moving in the morning”

“Easy location to find. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Great breakfast offerings. Would stay here again.”

“I stayed at this hotel for a week I had nothing but issues at the end. We paid for a long term stay and we told them we had 2 pets checking in we were not informed the second pet would be 15 dollars per day and after paying so much money they wanted to charge more. That's not even the worse part, I'm in a wheelchair and have a uncontrollable bladder. We were being very polite one time we asked for a new bedding. And they were discriminating towards me saying I shouldn't do that and to.do better!……

“Clean, comfortable beds, decent breakfast and well stocked! Helpful staff - housekeeping every day was such a treat!!! Dave at the front desk was so helpful in getting our lost keys back to us!!! So happy and will return!”

“They so not carry ice. You have to ask for a hair dryer or iron and ironing board. You get a tiny bar of soap to use between the sink and shower. You provide everything you need. They provide nothing. Expensive to not get anything. ”

“Stayed one night for lavender festival. Rooms were clean and comfortable but basic. I do like that the shampoo/conditioner/body wash are clearly labelled so you're not caught in the the shower squinting at labels figuring out what is what! The breakfast buffet had cut oranges, bananas and apples - thank you for fresh fruit. If only we could get oatmeal or some non sugary options. Overall a good stay.”

“Dirty. Blanket smelled bad. Floor needed vacuuming. Bathroom floor needed mopping. Saw some beetles. Chair ripped. Stayed a few days, and they never took care of trash. Friendly and helpful staff when asked for help.”

“The room had food crumbs on the floors and ants crawling on the counters and the bed. The towels in the room were stained. The AC unit was broken. Overall a very disappointing experience.”

“BED BUGS! Run away from this one. Looks questionable to begin with, pool was closed in the middle of summer for no known reason, room was dingy, but we also found bed bugs. I ended up getting a refund but had to have Expedia intervene to do so.”
