Welcome to Jimmy’s Hike In Cabin

A tranquil retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life.
Here at Jimmy’s Hike in Cabin, you will enjoy breath taking forest valley views picture framed by giant redwoods. Jimmy’s Hike In Cabin is nestled privately on 10 acres, for which you are welcome to explore.
Indulge in the sunshine and the sweeping sunsets.
At the Cabin, you’ll be able to experience the outdoors in comfort from your own private deck giving way to your forest setting and tranquility.
On the first level located is your charming living room, kitchenette, flat screen t.v. And cozy futo that pulls out to a full mattress. From there you’ll be able gaze the outside from your slider doors that lead to your private deck. Upstairs you will find your lofted queen bed to snuggle to in the evening calm.
Outside on the east side of the cabin you will walk the tile path to your outdoor shower. Across the way is your custom outhouse.
Jimmy’s Hike In Cabin features multiple rentals. available to host a larger group or even events. Must be discussed with host prior to reservation and booking.
Château de LaRose, is located at the top of the property.
The Château features a master suite with a king bed flat screen t.v., 2 private decks, full kitchen, living room with flat screen t.v., high speed internet, and a lofted queen size bed on the third floor with a flat screen t.v., Other features include a hot tub and 2 full bathrooms. Jimmy’s Hike In cabin is minutes from the village of Mendocino, beaches, gourmet restaurants, trails, golfing, and the private airport.
On the same road you’ll find trails to the Pygmy forest and the airport.
Where highway 1 meets little river airport you’ll find a popular golf course minutes away and Van Dam national park and beach!
The Cabin is in the sun the belt! For more sunny days then what might be in the village or closer. Temperatures can be warmer but not to the point of discomfort

Property path was not aa ahown as pictured in the web. Unfortunately we got quite late from time of arrival as acheduled. There was nit lighting instaled thru the path; not to mention a paved walkway.
Very unsafe to walk down a stiffed hill to access cabin which was about 500 or ao from the owner's rustic parking lot...
I asked access next morning byt owner refused us to go back.
WE ENDED UP LOOSING THAT VACATION INVESTMENT. WE HAD TO GET AN ENERGENCY STAY AT LOCAL HOTEL
IF I DIDN'T OR HAVENT REPORTED THIS IN ADVANCED WAS DUE TO THE ANGER Y

Amazing cabin in the redwoods
That cabin was awesome! It was quiet and relaxed. The cabin had everything we needed and more, including WiFi! The outdoor show was nice and a great way to wake up in the morning. Would definitely stay here again. We loved everything about this cabin

Beautiful and Relaxing
We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin! Sitting on the deck and soaking up the redwood forest all around us was pretty amazing. It’s super cozy and host Ryan was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Awesome communication. Would love to come back!
