Food in the dining area was undercooked and cold, lobby was dusty, bathrooms had mold, no soap in the shower dispenser, wallpaper was peeling, no microwave/refrigerator in the room, parking attendant collected money and then mentioned that we didn’t need to pay afterwards, etc.

This is not the standard I would expect from a Doubletree property. In general most of the areas I encountered were rundown or not in working order. My room had no refrigerator, all electrical outlets were lose in the walls. There was not an ice machine on several of the floors. The entrance from parking garage was in extremely poor condition. Front lobby desk was understaffed at peak times and extremely slow checking guests in.

This hotel needs renovation inside and out. The furniture in my room showed wear. The front entrance is essentially blocked for vehicle access due to ongoing construction. Breakfast not included. Parking not included. My room had a beautiful river view, and was clean, so the stay was not unpleasant, but the tattered look distracted from the total experience.

Staff was friendly and helpful! The lobby is spacious and updated. The room was large and we had a balcony, downside to the room was that the balcony door didn’t lock and there is no fridge. There is a very nice waterfront park/trail just outside the hotel which we enjoyed.

The parking was very dirty., Cigarette butts all over the place. carpets in hallway and the room were totally worn. i stayed in room 409 and 1210 for two weeks and had a very bad experience. both rooms had worn furniture, I counted 15 torn areas on the desk chair in both rooms, the room 1210 had a broken desk cover. wood sticking up. in the room 409 the bathtub is worn so much that on the rear the paint started to go black, and the Wi-Fi was a disaster to connect.

We got a King bed with a balcony.Room was pretty basic not much room to move around,disappointed that for the price there was no microwave or refrigerator.Didnt realize until later n the night that the top sheet was stained unacceptable.If the sheets has stains please replace them.We stay for comfort.

Stayed at DoubleTree Little Rock for a concert at the arena. Traffic was packed after the concert so we walked back to the hotel so super convenient. Staff went out of their way to make sure everyone had a great weekend.

Disappointed! Have stayed in other double trees much nicer. Over priced for condition. No one answers front desk or service. Room have peeling wall paper. Furniture is all chopped, beat up, old and chipped. Ice bucket no glasses, no bottled water, basically like staying at a motel 6. Only positive was comfortable bed. Could not call room service no one answer phone. Would not book this again.
