“Accommodation was fantastic. Loved the location. Very clean and roomy. Getting in was a nightmare, instructions were not very clear and took an hour to finally find the parking lot and entrance. “Overall good stay, the balcony was my absolute favorite, the view and atmosphere was great. The ease of getting to the beach and also the convenience of the pool were amazing, made our trip so enjoyable. There was an issue with the cleanliness, but I was able to contact the host and they responded immediately which was very appreciated. Loved Jacksonville, I told all my friends and family about this place and recommended it. Great stay!”

"I had a pleasant stay overall. The young front desk guy with curly hair was not only handsome but also extremely kind — truly six-star service! I wasn’t feeling well when I arrived, and he allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. The hotel was clean and comfortable, definitely worth five stars. The only downside was the service from housekeeping. Just as I entered the room and was about to shower, someone knocked loudly and impatiently on the door. Even after I said “just a second,” they kept knocking. When I opened the door, the person said something I couldn’t catch and left. Later, I called to request extra towels — it took two calls, and when they finally arrived, the staff knocked just as rudely again. Still, thanks to the great front desk service and clean room, it was a mostly good experience."
