「Me and my partner stayed for 2 nights the location was excellent the rooms was very clean. Could have done with an extra fan as the room was so hot due to the weather. Payed a lot of money for 2 nights but wasn’t given a priority when it come to being asked to swap tables due to outsiders who reserved there table was the hotels priority which shouldn’t been the case as we was paying guests.」

「Absolutely charming! The owner and staff outdid themselves with welcoming us later in the evening and making sure to seat us in the quite lovely dining room for a hot meal before retiring to our spacious guest room upstairs. The room was today and had lots of thoughtful amenities: tea, coffee, a variety of snacks, lots of toiletries. Breakfast was very good and served with warmth and hospitality. Definitely a wonderful place to stay. 」

「The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean it just lacked air con and with a tiny bedroom window regardless on the heating not being on there was hardly and airflow within the room. Couldnt fault anything else had a lovely stay」

「Given the price we paid, I expected more. It says parking, but that is hit and miss, with parking permits issued, but several cars in the car park without them and therefore difficulty finding a space. The room although quite well presented was very small, more of the size I would have expected for a single room, not double. It was hot weather I know, but even with a fan running all the time, the temperature was unbearable and the window had restricted opening. The hot water temperature needs...

「We stayed on one of the warmest nights this year. A fan had been put in our room earlier on to ensure it was lovely and cool. The room was a good size. It was clean and quiet. Very comfortable bed. Parking is a plus. Good food in the pub too.」
