Great for Goodwood

Great base for 4 days at the Goodwood Festival of Speed. Clean, tidy, well equipped and a good ramge of shops and takeaways in the town centre.

What a fabulous seaside getaway! Incredible location and wonderful property where we felt so at home in a welcoming warm space. Jennifer was wonderful and looked after us so well with lovely little extra touches. Would highly recommend!

Fabulous February Seaside Escape

We had a lovely few days in this well located and cosy property. It was well equipped for our family of five, plus little pup and we had a really relaxing stay. Highly recommended for beach walks, sunny garden space with the sound of the sea.

Super 4 day stay in Rustington

We had a great break as were very lucky to get the really excellent weather mid September. The house was just the job, comfortable furniture, well appointed kitchen. Great location near the sea. House is on quiet estate, not that far to walk down to the shops etc on the Street. Coffee stand 5 minutes away.

We really enjoyed our stay at Seair. Great communication with the host and property as described. Conveniently located for a 5 minute walk to the beach and 15 minute walk into the village with shops and restaurants Seair is in a peaceful location, was clean and has everything you need. Would stay again

Such a lovely little home away from home

Very enjoyable short break

Short break by the sea, clean and convenient accommodation. Great to accommodate our dog as well . Enclosed garden and dog friendly beaches. All amenities nearby so we didn’t need to use the care for the whole stay.

well situated, cosy little house

The house was within easy reach of both the beach and the shops. It was also well situated for trips to Brighton, Arundel and Portsmouth. We really enjoyed our stay.

Couldn’t fault it!!

We had a wonderful two night stay in this home from home. Beautifully light fresh and clean with a very easy five minute walk to the beach. We would love to come again. A big thank you for a very special break and the thoughtful extras left in the fridge made us feel quite spoilt.
