But front desk attitude seems need to be improved, feeling bad when checkin and also checkout, especially a person named Cyril, bad attitude and even not willing to give me the change after I pay the minibar fee. He said there is no change and not even try to fix it, seems like to force me to take the change as his tips. After all, this is a nice hotel. ”

“This hotel is top notch in that city. It’s very clean, the rooms are spacious, the services are beyond expectation in that city. It’s not too far from the main road, easy accessibility to other things of interest as most amenities are in the building, such as, a clean pool, great restaurant, mini shops, spa in the building etc. and the security too is very great. The entire building is beautiful and the pictures do not give justice to the actual building or rooms themselves, it looks better in……
