They advise there is a restaurant. But fail to mention in the info that it is closed Monday and Tuesday. Be aware if you book for a Monday and Tuesday stay.

More sockets needed in the bedroom. Paid for a superior room. Not sure this is what we had.

One night stay for a party
Great overnight stay for local party , nice clean room. Little areas need refreshing and damage to bathroom door , hence good not excellent.
On checking in we were not told that there would be no housekeeping on Saturday or Sunday. We had tiny bottles of toiletries between two for 4 days. Tea/ coffee service was there but the cups were not changed every day and we ran out of supplies. And bed was not made Really bad value I’m afraid.

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The room was small (despite the staff saying we had been “upgraded” to a bigger room) and was stifling hot, far hotter than outside. The room was like an oven and there was only one tiny window to open and no air con. The room was also very noisy, and we could hear both other guests in the corridor and music from the pub. The room was extortionate for what it was and not worth the money paid.

Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort
Room extremely small and price too high
Room was very small it did say small double but you could hardly move. A kettle and milk in in the room and coffee sachets but No cups, no teabags. No wardrobes just hooks in the wall. The shower was good but small and the sink was so small could not fill up the kettle with water. For £110 for the night room only - No Breakfast ! it is not worth it at all - should be about £70 - we did find a nice cafe that did breakfast dine the road. No apology for no cups and if fact no customer service at all. It was convenient for the wedding venue we went to but that’s it. I would not recommend although the room was clad and nicely decorated but not work the money we paid.
The hotel is brill. The budget rooms are small but immaculate. Staff were lovely. The only thing that happened is the electric went off twice while we were getting ready which was a bit of a pain because it was pitch black! Other than that it was perfect
We had a lovely stay at Peaky Blinders , good location , staff very friendly and accommodating.

Okay
My stay was okay, but I was unable to sleep because the staff kept on opening and closing doors till late in the night, and the closing of the doors was loud. Each time I tried to sleep, one door would be closed and I would wake up.
This is my second time staying here just easy to Southport Churchtown is very nice place

Terribly Overpriced.
The room was tiny. So much so that there was nowhere to put any luggage except at the side of the bed.
The tea/coffee were good but there was nowhere to put them except on the bedside table, so you just knocked everything off in your sleep.
You couldn't fill the kettle in the sink because the sink was so small.
There was constant noise from downstairs because the bottom doors were chocked open.
This was a total rip off at £110.
Was in great location friendly staff the room was very good clean plenty of coffee tea milk got no complaints oh just the toilet paper could be better apart from that very good hotel will stay there again when I come down again used stay Southport was excellent top marks
We were skeptical when we pulled up, not what we expected from what we saw on Expedia, but it turned out to be a great place. After visiting with the guys in the pub (who also ran the hotel), we found that they named and themed the place after the TV show. We had a room directly over the pub and were pleased that we didn't have any noise issues. The rooms were updated and extremely clean, and lastly, the parking was FREE.
Lovely little bar and accomodation, the rooms are brand new and sparkling clean with a fabulous bathroom all done to an exceptional standard and brilliant value!
David and his team were super friendly and took good care of my needs during my stay, i will definitely be staying again and recommending them to our business visitors.
