The hotel is in an ideal location, right in the middle of Liverpool one and 5 minutes from lime street station. The staff were brilliant especially Stevie who was very welcoming to me and my partner. The rooms are fantastic for the price and location especially on a match-day and could not fault it at all.

Rooms were fantastic - very clean and of good size. Hotel is located in a pedestrianised area which made it inconvenient to be offloaded and picked up by transport. But its location is actually very good as it is right in the middle of the shopping area and one can also easily walk to many tourist attractions

Really clean, located near the train station (so easy walking access). Quiet location, but close to everything. Continental breakfast was okay - coffee was good (once you figured out the quirks of the machine) and the croissants were good (but not enough to get you through the day). A bit more of a selection would be better. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again in a heartbeat.
