It is a very basic room, very close to Anfield if you want to watch a football game. It is a place to sleep, nothing more nothing less, which is fine with me. The guy downstairs was very helpful and friendly but the telephone number provided to reach him was never on which was quite annoying when I needed a iron or fresh towels. I had to come down the stairs and walk around the corner to the where the reception is. That was my only issue. Other than that all good.

Room was good for the price but there was a musky smell in the carpet and the blinds were all broken so light shining through no curtains to keep the light out unfortunately and no bed side lights either but not really much of an issue

“A Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service”

My family and in-laws stayed at this hotel for one night and we were thoroughly impressed with the excellent service, cleanliness, comfort, and condition. We would highly recommend it and give it an excellent rating.

Don't be fooled by the photos that are advertised if such a room exists that looks that good as mine certainly wasn't! The bathroom was absolutely shocking, filthy shower and black mould on tiles and around the shower tray.Thick dust on the skirtings.Taps were very loose and the walls were filthy. The bed itself was clean and comfy and a nice touch leaving 2 bottles of water and 2 cans of pop free of charge. Perfect location for watching the game.

Not clıse to city-center, but busses are ok. No hotel sign, have to find by the number. Renovated fresh rooms, needs a bit more finishes. Good and friendly staff.

Nice hotel, spoiled by 6am wake up call

Nice hotel, clean and very comfortable, only issue was being woken up by someones TV at 6am, not sure if flats next door are residential but not welcome on a Sunday morning, especially with the kids.

From the outside I wasn’t expecting much and very apprehensive of what I had booked. As they say, looks can be deceiving. Great room and very very comfy bed. Only down side, kettle didn’t work and reception was hard to understand as only a contact number to get booked in. Really really clean and tidy. Defo book this hotel again

The bathroom look great until you turned on the light. Shower tiles had signs of rust or mold in the grout. Flooring was peeling up from the floor at sink and toilet, and was stained. Walls had caked dirt, debris. White based boards had missing paint, and visible dirt. Fan did not work, and was covered in dirt.
