Nice 3* hotel. 7 minutes walk from lift 18. Staff is friendly especially at the restaurant Good & simple breakfast buffet. Tasty dinner. Nice spa.

Ho soggiornato presso l'hotel Capriolo a Livigno e mi sono davvero trovata bene, hotel tenuto in ottime condizioni dotato di Spa. Il proprietario disponibile e simpatico. Ci ritornerò sicuramente

Piccola fuga relax!

Camere accoglienti e ben servite, hotel molto carino e ricco di particolarità, zona benessere forse un poco piccola ma molto bella e tranquilla. La posizione non è centralissima ma a pochi metri si trova qualsiasi cosa, sia per le famose compere no-tax che per mangiare e bere, con una camminata di una decina di minuti sulla via principale tra i negozi si arriva al centro di Livigno. La signorina Claudia ci ha seguiti in ogni nostra esigenza e richiesta dal momento del nostro arrivo alla partenza. L'unica cosa non al top, il menu ristretto a cena, quando ci siamo seduti alcune scelte erano appena state esaurite nonostante comunque non ci fossero molte persone nell'hotel, ma è l'unica cosa negativa riscontrata.

Sehr schönes Hotel, leider an Details gespart

Insgesamt sind wir zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem schönen, hochwertigen Zustand und der Service war sehr nett! Einzig in einigen Details bekommt man das Gefühl, dass das Hotelmanagement etwas zu ökonomisch denkt: Der (schöne) Spa-Bereich ist nur relativ kurz geöffnet, die Formulare für den Essenswunsch zum Abendessen werden mit Bleistift beschrieben und immer wieder ausradiert (ist das wirklich günstiger als es ein paar mal neu zu drucken?), das Warmwasser ging an einem Nachmittag aus (weil der Chef irgendeinen Schalter umlegen muss), wer gegen Ende der Frühstückszeit kommt hat teilweise das Nachsehen bei der Auswahl. Eigentlich schade, da das alles Dinge sind, die vermutlich keine großen Kosten sparen, aber das Gesamterlebnis spürbar schmälern.

Hotel confortevole e accogliente.

Week end a Livigno, ottimo Hotel, personale cordiale e disponibile, colazione ottima e abbondante, consiglio la mezza pensione perchè offrono una cucina varia e gustosa con piatti tipici. Camera non spaziosa ma pulita e carina con un bagno molto ampio e terrazzino. Non ho utilizzato l'area wellness, quindi non posso valutarla. Bici gratis per splendide gite. Fermata navetta vicina, per chi odia camminare non è vicinissimo al centro. Noi ci torneremo.

Great view, great hotel

Capriolo is a beautifully cared for hotel. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the bathrooms are excellent. Lovely wooden carved furniture and a great view of the mountains from the balcony. The staff were very friendly at reception and the hotel is located within a relatively short walk of the town for dinner etc. There is access to a pool and spa with robes provided. The breakfast was excellent. My only criticism is that on the two occasions that we needed to speak to reception staff there was no one at the desk and we had to wait a long time for anyone to turn up and assist us.

Montagna e Relax

Il soggiorno è stato breve e l'hotel è rientrato nelle aspettative di un 3 stelle- La colazione un po' scarna ma essenziale, ristorante ottimo. Camera arredata con stile di montagna molto accogliente e pulita, bagno ottimo con il miscelatore termostatico e phon. Manca il frigo ma in montagna non è essenziale. Un po' lontano dal centro pedonale ma vicino agli impianti di risalita. Non ho provato il centro benessere che esteticamente era molto carino. Tutto sommato prezzi giusti e mi sento di consigliare questo hotel.

Lovely friendly hotel recently totally refurbished with small but ecxcellent spa centre near the centre of Livigno on the main through road. Very helpful and friendly staff, excellent meals, and afffordable price. highly recommended .

One Night Stop Over

Obwohl nur für einen nacht im Hotel waren der Empfang durch das Personal sowie der gesamte Service top. Sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und engagiert. Zimmer modern, komfortabel und sehr sauber. Ich hatte in Livignos schon Horels mit 4*, die bei weitem nicht so gut waren wie das Capriolo. Abendessen sehr gut; Frühstücksbuffet ebenso (nicht selbstverständlich für Italien). Lage des Hotels ist nicht sehr "scenic"; das gibt es m.E. ohnehin bei keinem Hotel in Livigno. Fazit: Absolut empfehlenswert.
