"Besides fire alarm going off in the middle of the night stay was quite fine"

"Booked this for a mid-roadtrip stay. Hotel was very nice inside - room was clean and comfortable. Some frustrations: (1) room key didn't work so I had to go back down to front desk and get another one - not the end of the world but after a long day of travel was frustrating, and (2) Ordered food "to go" to eat in the room from the "restaurant" - really a bar with limited kitchen capabilities. Food not worth the price. My husband's shrimp dish was served in a styrofoam container with about 6 pieces of shrimp swimming in sauce - nothing else. My chicken Caesar was mostly lettuce with very little chicken. Part of the order was not handed to me when I went to pick it up so I had to make a return trip to the restaurant to get it. Again - not end of the world but definitely not what you want to have to deal with at the end of a long travel day. "

"We had to change rooms 3 times which was aggravating.First room was full of water on the floor.Second room outside door wouldn't open.Finally the last room was good.Only other thing is I woke up to housekeeping in the room cleaning without announcing herself."

"Everything good as it always has been. Stayed there about 6 times over the years. Only problem was the water line got cut and we were without for about an hour NOT the hotel's fault but they got time estimates and kept us informed !"

"Started at check in, no record of reservation, checked again… oh you’re already checked in, No! I just drove 7 hours from Dallas. They checked someone else in for mine under the FIRST name, Got another room… STINKY, window leaking water, nasty looking, not a King bed like I reserved. Then a barking dog for a hour dnd a half while trying to rest .This was a first and last reservation at this chain."

"We stayed at this hotel based on the positive reviews, but unfortunately our experience did not match the ratings at all. The property felt very worn down overall. There was visible wear and tear throughout the hotel, including the lobby furniture and the room furnishings. One of the biggest disappointments was the gym. Nearly all of the cardio equipment was broken except for the weights, which was frustrating since access to a functional gym was important to us. The towel situation was also odd. Our room initially only had one bath towel along with several washcloths. I requested additional towels, but after housekeeping refreshed the room, we were once again left with only one towel. The bed linens also looked wrinkled and somewhat unkempt upon arrival, which did not give a clean, fresh impression. To be fair, the location was convenient, the complimentary breakfast was decent for a free hotel breakfast, and we did not experience any issues with bugs or cleanliness concerns like rodents. However, for the price we paid, we expected a much better overall experience and better maintenance of the property."
