After checking in, I hurry to my set destination due to time conflict so I didn’t have the opportunity to look over my room very well. “Staff was rude”

“We called informing them of a late check in. This was their first opportunity to inform us that the elevator was broken. We arrived at the hotel around midnight. “Cute little place! Clean, quiet and staff was so friendly!”
