“Everything was nice!”

“I prepaid a 2-night stay however when I arrived I was informed that the elevator was out of order and I would have to climb the stairs. I explained that my aunt was disabled and could not climb stairs. They told me that there were no rooms on the first floor available and could not help me. They also told me that the elevator had been out of order for a few weeks. I also overheard the staff talking about running out of coffee for breakfast. Needless to say that I will not ever stay here.……

“There was a used towel on the bed when we arrived. The rooms have an odd smell, and so do the pillows. Otherwise it was an okay stay. The bed was very comfortable.”

“Just needed a quick night to stay halfway between home and Houston. Location was convenient. As many states in reviews, there is no front desk attendant, you message the property on here and they come meet you. Room was clean, but… Bed was rock hard and there were people outside yelling/blasting music all night long. Will definitely not stay there again. ”

“Sketchy checking in, no one is ever at the front they leave a list of numbers to text for help, it’s like someone living there managing the place with babies and kids everywhere. Room was already booked so they had to give us a different room with less features. They do not clean your room multiple night stays, they don’t issue more towels, I’m a big girl and we were denied. The room smelled strongly of some kind of fume smell there were bugs on the floor and they also say you have to supply……

“I booked this hotel through Expedia. Soon after I received a notice stating the hotel canceled my reservation and to call them directly. So I called the hotel. The person who answered said they don’t know how I could have booked through Expedia since they don’t use Expedia but they would honor my price if I came in. Well I decided to book somewhere else because I wasn’t paying for the same room twice. I have messaged Expedia and hopefully will get my money back but they were having a hard time……

“Didn't explore the pool or anything, but the room was spacious and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.”

“I stayed at this property almost a year ago and they were doing renovations then and are still doing them. Chair in the room was in horrible condition and bed was horrible. No ice machine or if there was one they don't tell you about it. No cofee. I said I wouldn't stay there again after first experience but I definitely won't stay there again after this experience. Room has a sliding door you can't open and the only thing keeping someone from adjoining room from coming into your room is a flip……
