Lovely guest house

Lovely little guest house. Bright airy bedroom, tiny shower room, but perfectly functional .Really good breakfast. Debbie and Neal were friendly hosts.

Very welcoming hosts very approachable helpful reassuring. The property is comfortable warm and quiet facilities in the room excellent bed very comfortable. Parking could be a challenge but we found a space right outside tge property. Location is perfect for a short walk to town and beach ,restaurants and cafes

Absolutely fabulous place to stay, room was perfect, very clean and tidy with a comfortable bed. Breakfast options were very good with a delicious cooked full English breakfast Neal and Debbie were fabulous hosts. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again next time we visit llandudno

Traditional, quiet, friendly b&b

Checked in early - Neal welcomed us & showed us our room. Comfortable, clean & tidy. Very friendly hosts. On a lovely, quiet street within easy walk of shops, prom, pier etc On site parking a bonus, although plenty of ‘free’ spaces on nearby streets. Breakfast selection plentiful & traditional - very tasty, freshly cooked & Debbie checked that we had enough. Decaf tea & coffee available - plentiful supplies in room too, with a full size kettle & mugs. Decor & bathroom suite dated but clean & tidy. Fluffy towels, hairdryer & fan. A traditional, quiet, friendly b&b!

Best place ever

This is our third stay at Glenavon and we wouldn't stay anywhere else. It is central to everything. Neil and Debbie the owners think of everything. Beats any hotel hands down and their breakfast is amazing. If you are going to Llandudno stay at Glenavon, you won't be disappointed

What a wonderful guest house. Neal and Debbie were fantastic. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Had a wonderful nights sleep. Breakfast the following morning was perfect. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

A gemstone of a place in a great town.

Neil and Debbie are the perfect hosts, they couldn't have been more helpful. From information when we arrived, where to park for free, providing a map of the local area, best places to eat of an evening. Breakfast was quite generic, but not lacking because of this. Beautifully cooked and to your exact requirements. They are planning to retire in a few years time, so if you want the perfect stay at the perfect place, then book within the next few years before you miss out.

They posted a mobile charging plug that I had left behind very efficiently which was much apprecaited. Also English breakfast very good. One small negative was that chest of drawers in room 6 too small to take folded mans shirt and there was space for a wider one.

The whole stay was excellent. Our room was clean and tidy with excellent facilities. Breakfast was very good with an excellent choice. All food was cooked to order and well presented. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and location is just a short walk from the main promenade and shopping mall. Would definitely stay again if visiting th area.

A perfect stay in Llandudno

We stayed for a couple of nights while enjoying a short break in Llandudno. And it was excellent. The welcome was friendly, the room clean and comfortable with a modern en-suite, and the breakfast freshly cooked to perfection. Nothing was too much trouble with dairy and gluten free options being readily available. With free parking on the drive or street, and a short walk to the town centre Glenavon was ideally located. We will return if in the area.

Overnight Stay

Little night away for us and the place was perfect in every way clean tidy friendly hosts the room was clean towels provided also coffee facilities. Breakfast was excellent and there was also a choice of fruit and cereal. Overall excellent and i would definitely recommend.
