"Great location, right in front of the beach and east access to everything within the centre of Llandudno. The room was a great size, plenty of space. We weren't advised about having to pre-book a parking space at the hotel so we'd to find spaces out front or in a side street. There were spaces so not too stressful. "When we opened the bathroom door, we noticed part of the ceiling had collapsed. They offered us a different room, but we said if you sort it out, it will be ok. They cleaned the room straight away, and replaced the ceiling tiles the next day. We could not fault them on it. Breakfast was very nice, and comfortable bed. A bit dated, but just like a lot of other places. Will stay again."

"Very hard to park, very small room with a tiny shower enclosure. If you are a large person I’m not sure you would fit. The whole hotel was nicely decorated and clean, lots of hot water for a shower(once you wedged yourself in there).
