「The cabin is situated in the most beautiful and peaceful area. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the cabin really let it down.
We bought a full shop on the way to check in, but we couldn’t use the oven as all the numbers had worn off around the dials. A lot of food and money wasted, which is frustrating as we booked this cabin over an alternative due to the kitchen.
The crockery/cutlery/cookware were dirty. The dining chairs were filthy, so much so we didn’t want to sit on them. The tablecloth...

「Seriously unimpressed by the lack of help and assistance from the host to cancel, with nearly a weeks notice prior to our intended stay.
We also found that some of the information provided on the property listing at the time of booking to be somewhat questionable, suggesting a cabin size of 215 sq ft and containing a bathroom, which we now understand relates to facilities in a separate building on the property. We will not be booking again.」

「Really enjoyed our time at the Little Cow House. Starting with the very warm welcome from our lovely hosts and delicious welcoming homemade cake. The house is very nicely furnished, immaculately clean and very well equipped, and is warm and cosy; you can hear the river rushing in the valley below and the rooms have lovely views of trees and fields. Would like to come back and visit again in the summer to really make the mot of the great walks and sights in the area.」

「This holiday let might be small but has everything you'll need for a relaxing, comfortable stay. Not difficult to find, at the end of a country track.
It being late December, I appreciated the heating which was controllable and kept me nice and toasty.
Lovely views - I love this part of Wales. Ideal base for walkers who don't need to walk up mountains, moderately-high hills will do.
Reasonably private but not isolated. The owner is nearby should you have a problem. I'd perhaps like to go...
