“Clean and friendly, excellent place to stay”

“Excellent accommodation and food at the Pub was also very good.”

“absolutely perfect place thank you so much”

“The room was perfect. So clean and nicely decorated. Everything you needed there. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend”

“We really enjoyed our week at swallows nest. We originally booked a weekend but booked and stayed on an extra 4 nights. Really comfortable quiet and owners were lovely people. We would have preferred a washing machine in the cottage instead of the a dish washer but apart from that we all really enjoyed our time at swallows nest.We visited Castell Dinefwr which was only a 10 minutes drive and walked through castle woods which was a nice walk. Thank you so much for making our stay comfortable”

“We absolutely loved the lodge! Such a beautiful place and a wonderful little getaway. Stargazing from the hot tub was a really special moment on our mini moon :)”

“Absolutely loved our quick little get away. Lovely remote area and amazing for stars at night. The cottage was a good size even with a toddler running about. The welcome basket was a saving grace and loved the bara brith (ordered more to take home as gifts too). We went into Llandeilo which had not many but lovely shops and on one of our days drove for about an hour to get to folly Farm. It was nice and relaxed and the hot tub was so comfy. “The cottage was lovely. However, the owners weren't about, to ask questions. We couldn't use the log burner as there was no wood or anything. There was no basics when we arrived, such as toilet roll or milk and no shop to buy things after 1pm. The location was lovely but very remote. Had to travel to get anywhere. Lovely and quiet though. The history of the cottage was fascinating.”

“I stayed in the Hayloft. My hosts could not have been more charming. The Hayloft was beautifully furnished and much care had gone into it. The one thing that I think let it down was the quality of the beds - 4 singles - the mattress lacked support and you could actually feel the springs in it. I think a mattress upgrade would match the high quality bedding that is provided. The only other thing was that the fridge was switched off and open when I arrived. Maybe this is the way it is done in……

“Great place with character ”

“Wow, what a beautiful little getaway in the most stunning place. I could have stayed forever and I will most definitely be going back. There are no negatives for this gem”

“We had a fantastic time staying at this property. The house hugely surpassed our expectations and had everything we needed. Plenty of space for a group of 17. Richard and Sue were great hosts and very responsive during the booking process and our stay. Will definitely be coming back!”

“Spectacular views. Clean, charming cabin, tiny but cosy and fully equipped. Welcome gifts, easy communication with lovely landlady Sarah, privacy, peaceful and serene. Hot tub was a huge bonus. Garden with furniture and bbq. Pristinely clean and safe for our small dog. Will be back. ”
