Whilst the price of the Villa was excellent, it is a little dated, and some of the appliances need renewing. I understand this is ongoing, so it can only get better each year. The general condition of the pool could need attention as there are some sharp tile edges.

Het is een mooie locatie met een prachtig uitzicht. Alleen, zoals bij zovele vakantiehuizen in Spanje, is deze toch wel aan een renovatie toe. Het zwembad is groot en perfect bruikbaar maar begint toch zijn ouderdom te tonen. De kasten en de buitenkeuken algemeen zouden toch een opfrisbeurt mogen hebben. Kortom hebben we een zeer leuke verlof gehad in dit huis maar zou er voor de prijs die je betaald toch werk gemaakt moeten worden van de minpunten
