Great villa, looks just like the pictures Location is quite quiet, however there were some local shops and restaurants nearby and everywhere else was reachable by a taxi Also be aware that you will have to pay for surplus electricity and water use -which can be quite expensive-. Overall a great stay though, thank you

Lovely Villa

We have just got back from a lovely week! The villa is so nice, very clean and a really modern kitchen. The pool is definitely the best bit, it's a nice size and very clean. Carlos the owner was very responsive to any queries we had. There is a photo of a bath in the pictures but there is no bath there. The only thing I would say is if you are taking a baby then bring a travel cot and maybe a travel highchair but apart from that, 5 star! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Schoon huis mooie buurt

Prachtig huis, fijne eigenaar en prima contact. Lastig met taalbarriere maar prima te doen. De fotos komen niet overal overeen; de loungeset buiten was niet aanwezig en het bad in de badkamer is vervangen door een stortdouche. Verder hele mooie buurt, dicht bij de supermarkt en veel locals. 10 minuten met de taxi naar het centrum van el arenal

Prachtig huis, fijne eigenaar en prima contact. Lastig met taalbarriere maar prima te doen. De fotos komen niet overal overeen de loungeset buiten was niet aanwezig en het bad in de badkamer is vervangen door een stortdouche. Verder hele mooie buurt, dicht bij de supermarkt en veel locals. 10 minuten met de taxi naar het centrum van el arenal -

Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Es ist sauber, man hat ausreichend Platz und alle notwendigen Dinge sind vorhanden. Leider gibt es keine Spülmaschine Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur im Vorfeld war schnell und freundlich. Leider kam bei Check-In jemand, der nur Spanisch konnte, sodass die Kommunikation schwierig war. Er wollte dann 50€ für den Late Check In -obwohl wir rechtzeitig da waren- und 500€ Kaution. Diese haben wir allerdings nicht gezahlt und auch die 50€ Gebühr haben wir uns von der Agentur zurückerstatten lassen. Desweiteren sollten wir bei Check Out zusätzlich zu dem im Preis enthaltenen 50€ für Elektrizität noch 45€ für Strom nachzahlen -wir waren 4 Personen für 4 Nächte und haben bis auf einen Abend keine Klimaanlage genutzt und waren tagsüber nur draußen-. Nach langen Diskussionen und mehreren Telefonaten mit der Agentur, sind wir dann gefahren ohne die Gebühr zu zahlen. In anderen Bewertungen steht Ähnliches, scheint also echt eine Masche von denen zu sein. Also unbedingt ein Foto vom Stromzähler bei Ankunft machen, damit sowas nicht passieren kann. Abgesehen davon war die Unterkunft sehr schön. Die bellenden Hunde empfanden wir nicht als störend.

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit Supermarkt in der Nähe. Gut ausgestattete Finca, in der man als Gruppe genug Raum findet. Der Vermieter kann leider nur Spanisch und war nicht sonderlich herzlich. Trotz 200€ Reinigungsgebühr muss man sogar den Badmüll an den öffentlichen Müllcontainer bringen. Bei der Abnahme würden uns alle Müllsäcke vor die Füße gestellt... Die zusätzlichen Stromkosten von 90€ bei 6 Personen und 4 Tagen Aufenthalt sind absolut übertrieben. Hier wird man frech abgezockt - eine Erklärung vom Vermieter gab es leider nicht. Trotzdessen war es ein toller Aufenthalt!

Het huis is werkelijk precies zoals op de foto's. Meer dan voldoende ruimte voor de 7 personen waaruit onze groep bestond. Het huis ligt op zo'n 15 min met de auto van El Arenal af, dit was voor ons met 2 taxi's prima te doen, maar dit kan als ver ervaren worden. De biertap die u verscholen ziet staan op de foto's is aanwezig en werkzaam, de huiseigenaar kan de fusten regelen tegen nette prijzen. Goede servies, glaswerk en faciliteiten -2 badkamer, wel hier en daar wat kleine gebreken-. Het zwembad was netjes, en een heerlijke loungeset en ligbedden. Alles zo goed als nieuw. Fijn is ook dat er stabiel WiFi was. Kortom, zeker aan te raden, wanneer de grotere afstand naar de stad geen probleem is De huiseigenaar sprak helaas geen woord Engels of wat dan ook, maar met vertaalapps kwamen we heel ver.
