"Not fit for a holiday home ,the owner has know idea how to run the solar panel system,we bought are own mobile air conditioning unit as it was over 40c inside the bungalow but were told we could not use it as she could not change the system to adapt it ! We switched it off but this lead to us having no electricity or water as the water is supplied by a electric water pump at this point we had to leave Regards Paul "

"We truly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to come back. The apartment is nicely furnished, equipped with everything we needed for our 11day trip and centrally located. Llucmajor's placa major is in walking distance and most of the destination on the island are in max 90min driving distance. Our host Andrew was super friendly and available for any questions throughout our stay."

"When we booked it showed the location in a different area closer to the city center when the area was over a 20 minute drive from the city center. Listing also said it was non smoking but when we arrived the smell of smoke made it hard to breath. Many amenities that were listed were not included such as wifi and AC. We ended up not staying at here due to these issues. We do not recommend this property it is very disappointing."

"Wir waren eine Mädelsgruppe und fanden die Finka perfekt für uns. Es war alles vorhanden, was man an Grundausstattung benötigt. Der Vermieter war total freundlich, immer (über WhatsApp) erreichbar (über Fe-Wo direkt eher schlecht) und hat uns auch bei der Taxi-Organisation geholfen, als es anfangs nicht so klappte. Es sind ca. 10-15 min mit dem Taxi (Stand Juni 2024 - ca. 30€) nach Arenal. Auch der Pool war toll und völlig ausreichend für 12 Personen. Gerne wieder."

"The team managing the property were fantastic, answering any queries we had and resolving any issues immediately. The property itself is gorgeous however there are a lot of cosmetic issues, particularly in the outside area. Despite the above I would recommend this villa to anyone with a family wanting a relaxing trip for a reasonable price but ensure you rent a car to support you with getting around."
