Positiv: Aussicht, Lage zum Meer und zur Altstadt, Bad, Küche. Negativ: Sauberkeit, Matratzen, defekter Herd, keine Kaffeemaschine, teilweise kaputte Möbel, keine ordentliche Sitzmöglichkeit auf dem Balkon, sehr laute Gegend (Strasse vor dem Haus und Bahnlinie hinter dem Haus).

Tolle Wohnung in super Lage
Die Wohnung ist sehr gross und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer und die Küche sind sehr schön und wie neu. Vom Balkon hat man eine super Aussicht über die Dächer der Altstadt und einen wundervollen Meerblick. Bis zum Strand sind es nur 2 min.zu Fuss. Gleiche Distanz zu Geschäften und Restaurants. Wir haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen. Maria Teresa (Verwalterin) hat uns sehr nett empfangen und war sehr hilfsbereit. Auch der Buchungsablauf mit der Besitzerin Simona hat super funktioniert. Sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter.
