“Hand soap was very unsanitary and has a lot of flocculent mold inside. Our room was very small. And the shower was so confusing and they didn’t tell us how to use it. Unfortunately no one were there to ask at night when I want to take a shower. It’s unfriendly for English speaker because I can hardly communicate with the staffs. The stairs were so narrow and made it very hard to carry the suitcase upstairs. And this has nothing to do with price, I stayed in another hotel on San Cristóbal island,……

“Great view of sea lion colony from our balcony”

“The room was very clean; staff treated us respectfully; breakfast was sufficient and great, and it was a family-friendly place. Everything was good.”

“Beautiful hotel”

“Great spot, close to everything, staff was very helpful, beautiful view from up top”

“Pros: Comfy beds, delicious breakfast, lovely rooftop and garden lounge space, snorkel equipment and bikes for rent, great location. There was no hot water in my shower when I first arrived, Angel came and fixed it right away. Cons: I was in the room right across from the kitchen and it can be a bit noisy as there isn't much sound proofing.”

“The apartment is big and was very clean. What we loved the most was the location. It was close to the pier and lots of restaurants. I recommend it.”

“I had an absolutely terrifying stay here. First of all, half of the hotel is a construction site with all sorts of materials thrown about. But the real problem is the hotel owner. A friend who was staying g at a separate hotel came over and stayed past midnight. The next day I woke to the owner pounding on my door- it sounded like someone was trying to know the door down. I opened it and he told me I had to pay for another night because I brought a man there. When I tried to ask where does it……

No estaba segura si mi reservación incluía desayuno……
