"Frankly speaking about 'Ecstacy Hotel' It was worst hotel in my life. They are liar and swindler! I booked room for a night and paid through "Hotels.com". When I visit hotel, they said there is no available room and they are so sorry to me about that. I understood it was friday night and everybody can mistake. They told me they will cancel my booking. But they didn't. Furthermore, now they are saying guest was no show. If I don't have a receipt of Grab, they succeed to steal my money."

"Really great place to stay if you're looking for a place closer to the locals and the markets. I really enjoyed the homely atmosphere the staff here were able to provide. The interior is stylish but you will have to climb a couple flights of stairs so please keep that in mind !"

"Everything is unique! Roof top, kitchen place, bright room, sea view, staff, handmade stuff are everywhere. Perfect flowers in the room, simple cozy style. All we needed were there. Also we are freelance worker and we had all facilities to work good. Really thanks for everything! P.S my friend lives near this hotel for a 4 years and she was really surprised that some place in North part of Nha Trang has such a wonderful view. P.P.S don’t forget to take such a nice photo on the roof top."

"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Communications were 1000/10! However, there were little things broken in the room. The TV wasn’t a smart TV, pretty much no content. House keeping also wasn’t the best. I don’t think they spend more than 5 mins in the room. The breakfast buffet was top notch tho. Overall maybe 4.5/5. Some areas are awesome but some others need improvement."

"Very upset with my booking experience. I booked the best suite with 2 bedrooms with 3 beds. And the Day of my arrival they told me that they only have the suite with 2 bedroom 2 beds or downgrade me with the suite of 2 bedroom, 3 beds to a smaller less nice suite and also $50 less expensive, but to compensate they would give us breakfast. I was very upset. Because I was forced to choose one of those options as they would not cancel and refund me even though they couldn’t not give me the original...
