「Great property, huge rooms with a separate sitting area. Balcony with great valley views.
Food and beverage service is dirty and unhygienic. Sugar is dirty, lying open under the service desk at the canteen. No glass ware in the rooms for water etc. were provided paper cups, how un-ecofriendly. Even if you want to have any drink it’s the paper cups. They are going through 100’s of paper cups each day/ how easy to provide glassware in rooms. The room had dust and cobwebs. Photo attached and also...

「Well maintained property. The rooms over look a lake in a valley. Beautiful mountainside view decorate your windows. Has a lot of activities in the resort- air gun, bow and arrow, snooker, pink ponk, carroms etc.. a party room also is available for singing and dining. bathrooms were comfortable, clean. Every day housekeeping keeps your towels and bed sheets fresh. Rooms had coffee maker, hair dryer, mini fridge, wardrobe closet, soap dispenser etc..

「Hello i have book deluxe double room. Everything is perfect. Staff person is very good.rohit and ajamal is very helpful person.everthing is perfect.one day only trouble in hot water.hot water is come in 6 to 8am and eveni g 7.30 to 9.30 pm . In this room nocellong fan avaible. So when hot weather in munnar it is terrible. So when you plan keep in mind. 「we visited munnar from 09 to 11 oct 2013 and stayed at elysium garden. due to some new construction for extention . our room was upgraded from executive to deluxe . hotel staff is very coooperative and humble.
room service and room cleanliness was excellent. i highly recommend this hotel to every one visiting munnar. i , myself , will definitely be stayying here , if i come to munnar again.」
