“Great property, huge rooms with a separate sitting area. Balcony with great valley views. Food and beverage service is dirty and unhygienic. Sugar is dirty, lying open under the service desk at the canteen. No glass ware in the rooms for water etc. were provided paper cups, how un-ecofriendly. Even if you want to have any drink it’s the paper cups. They are going through 100’s of paper cups each day/ how easy to provide glassware in rooms. The room had dust and cobwebs. “We booked this hotel for 1 night stay over New year’s eve. Found there was a disconnect between Expedia booking and the hotel reservations. Expedia booking was confirmed but when I called hotel to make a room request they did not recieve any email or confirmation from Expedia. After many phone calls to Expedia and the hotel the issue was sorted. The issue was with hotel’s reservation system. Also the hotel photo shown on Expedia is different to that of the actual hotel. It is misleading. Expedia……

“The hotel is dated. The rooms are in desperate need of refurbishment. We had booked an extra bed and was not provided a pillow. The bathroom was not clean. We were meant to stay for two nights and checked out after the first night. The breakfast is substandard. The hotel seems short staffed—when we checked out it was the bellhop that did the processing of the paperwork and not the reception staff and this was around 9am. According to their ‘proforma invoice’ we are owed a refund of Rs. 5407……

“The hotel is falsely advertised, the view outside was of a wall, the bed was stiff, limited hot water, there was no mini bar as advertised, the curtains didn’t little to block out the light, little toilet paper, the aircon droned on humming the whole time, the walls are thin so you can hear other peoples conversations, showers, phones ringing and people walking up and down stairs. The garden part of the hotel was only for three cottages, the rest concrete. Very expensive compared to other places……
