Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison, très bien placée à proximité immédiate de la plage. La maison est spacieuse, agréable et bien équipée. Nous avons également pu profiter du beau jardin clôturé. Michel est un hôte très gentil et disponible.

Schöner Urlaub in toller Lage

Bei unserer Ankunft war das Haus nicht sauber, vor allem Küche und Bad/Toiletten - wir mussten erstmal putzen... Das Haus ist geräumig und hat Charme, vor allem der Wohn- und Essbereich ist schön und gemütlich. Es ist einiges ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen (Bad und Toiletten, Küche, Waschmaschine). Der Garten ist groß, unter einem ganz ausladenden Feigenbaum konnten wir immer Schatten finden. Man ist in 3 Minuten am Strand - die Lage ist toll! Es wäre gut, wenn die Fotos auf der website entrümpelt würden, damit man den aktuellen Zustand des Hauses/Gartens kennt. Zur Zeit ist zum Beispiel die Terrasse ganz frei, ohne Pflanzen drumherum. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt, und Michel Goyat ist ein sympathischer Gastgeber.

Perfekt

Wir haben 3 Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Es entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen und den Informationen, die wir erhalten hatten. Wir sind eingetreten und fühlten uns vom ersten Augenblick an wohl. Wohn- und Esszimmer sind richtig gemütlich. Die Schlafzimmer sind einfach gehalten, jedoch haben wir in den Betten herrlichen geschlafen. Man findet alles, was man braucht in dem Haus. Der Grill im Garten funktioniert perfekt. Der Garten selber ist riesengross und eingezäunt, was uns wichtig war, wegen des Hundes. Und zu guter Letzt: der Gastgeber, Monsieur Goyat, ist sehr, sehr sympathisch. Jederzeit wieder :-)))))))))

Sehr angenehmer und kooperativer Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Sehr schönes und großes Haus mit einem riesigen, gut eingezäunten Garten in bester Lage. Für kleines Kind und Hund bestens geeignet.

Maison de vacances agréable très proche plage

Nous avons séjourné avec nos 4 petits enfants. La maison est spacieuse et fonctionnelle, le grand jardin et la proximité immédiate de la plage ont été appréciés par petits et grands.

Großes gemütliches Ferienhaus, unmittelbar am Meer, ruhig gelegen mit riesigem Grundstück

Unsere Familie - mit Hund - hat sich hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Jedes der drei "Kinder" ( 17 - 24 Jahre) hatte sein eigenes, individuell und uriges und individuell eingerichtetes kleines Zimmer - mit Meerblick (zwischen den Häusern der Vorderreihe). Nachts war es herrlich ruhig, toller Sternenhimmel, zum Meer sind es nur 3 Minuten. Im geräumigen Haus findet man alles was man braucht. Auch wenn manches nicht mehr brandneu ist, hat es seinen eigenen Charme, die Matratzen sind super und auch der schiefe BBQ-Turm von Pisa ist ein Unikat! Fahrräder sind von Vorteil, in den Ort sind es 15 Minuten zu radeln. Vielen Dank an den sehr freundlichen Vermieter Michel! Wenns vom Bodensee nicht so weit wäre könnten wir uns auf jeden Fall vorstellen, wieder zu kommen!

Excellent séjour à Loctudy avec nos enfants

La maison est spacieuse, dispose de tout le confort et d'un magnifique jardin où il est très agréable de se détendre et prendre ses repas. Les superbes plages de Loctudy (Lodonnec, son sable blanc et son excellente crêperie) sont à proximité immédiate en moins de 5 mn à pied. Très pratique pour les enfants qui peuvent aller et venir en toute sécurité. Enfin, M et Mme GOYAT les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Excellent séjour, je recommande cette location.

Für uns war wichtig die Nähe zum Wasser: waren keine 100 m. Der große Garten für unseren Hund: war komplett eingezäunt, prima. Genügen Platz mit 4 Schlafzimmern, großer Essbereich und Küche war auch. Super unkomplizierter Kontakt mit den Eigentümern. Gerne wieder!

Propriétaires charmants, maison trés fonctionelle et trés bien équipée, beau et grand jardin clos a deux pas d'une belle plage , seules les mouettes pour agrémenter la quiétude du lieu Loctudy ses fruits de mer et la galette Bigouden à portée de fusil ..N'hesitez pas une seconde!

Besonders schön waren der große und gepflegte garten sowie die absolute Ruhe und Nähe zum Sandstrand, den man in Badekleidung erreichen kann. Gerne werden wir wiederkommen!
