“The old hall hotel was spotless from top to bottom. We really enjoyed the pool jacuzzi sauna and steam room for which towels were also provided. All the staff were very happy to help and were lovely.
Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back.”

“The staff were friendly and beds comfortable. Carpet in our room was in poor condition unfortunately being threadbare in parts but otherwise a good stay. Breakfast was pretty good quality just beware that some items on menu are additional cost which are marked.”

“The staff were all polite and helpful, although some seemed a little inexperienced.
We ate in the restaurant one night, the food was well presented, but the pork belly was over cooked and the chips were over salted.
We also asked for the coffee tray to be cleaned & refreshed. Someone had come in, left a large bag of tea/coffee sachets in the room, but not cleaned the cups & tray - I assume they got distracted & didn't finish the job.”
