「The staff are very kind and welcoming, the roast dinner carvery and breakfast are 10/10. Very British, great quality service. Rooms are clean and tidy, pool and spa needs a little updating/fixing small wear&tear such as stairs to pool and pool flooring. Driving range is great fun, nice local woodland walk/park. Apart from very small maintenance issues, perfect stay. Will always return :) Relaxed and traditional atmosphere. 」

「A last minute event meant the we needed somewhere to stay so we decided to treat ourselves to Dinner Bed & Breakfast at the White Lion. It was a bit busy when we arrived but the staff were welcoming though we only go directions to our room as the lad needed to get back to the bar. The room was lovely, generally well appointed. 「Goed ontbijt meegekregen in verpakking wegens heel vroege trein. Wilde personeel fooi geven maar dat werd afgeslagen. Die bescheidenheid siert het hotel! Ik vroeg naar adres van een bepaalde bezienswaardighed in de stad, ze zochten het zonder morren voor me op 👍」
