We had a wonderful stay with our two children. Ala from the house keeping team truly went above and beyond, she was warm, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed, which made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. The hotel itself was excellent too: breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the spa and gym were both well-maintained and relaxing. Overall, a great experience and we felt very well looked after.

Fantastic stay

I love returning to Andel's because of its architectural design and the location. I love that you can get decent breakfast and coffee. The pool was never busy and the view from the top was lovely.

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed. So professional and food was great. Only one thing, the shower door has a space, so very careful. I got a wonderful shower, but the bathroom floor was flooded.

The best you can get

By far the best in Łodz, super gym, super pool, all interior very classy all over the hotel. Front desk staff extreme serviceminded. There is a reason why I visit the hotel several times per year for the past 10+ years.
