A-Frame #11 - Hosted by The Chalets

The Chalets A-Frames are iconic, romantic, cozy and comfortable with two queen bed sleeping areas and one full bath. Arranged along the ridge of a hill, each A-Frames has a private deck with hot tub, grill and view into mature woods. Their vaulted open-concept living areas include a kitchenette, dining for four, fire place, flat-screen tv, exposed beams and lots of light. And every one is pet-friendly*! The A-Frames are at the Chalets' Old Man's Cave location of 140 acres, 31 cabins, pool, firepits, SaunaPods, electric vehicle charging stations, office and neighboring General Store. It sits two miles from the epicenter of the region: Hocking Hills State Park visitors center.

*Limit two pets. $50+tax fee. Breed restrictions apply.

This was a beautiful little cabin. The views were beautiful. There was no oven, which is my fault for not looking on the booking. But no tissues or paper towels either which was a bit strange. There was also only one TV in the living room, which again if I would have read reviews I would have noticed. Overall a great stay just a few minor things. It also would have been nice to have extra towels for the hot tub. This cabin was almost exactly what we wanted for just a quiet get away. I don't want you to shy away from the beauty of this A frame, the view was beautiful. It was peaceful and calming. Just bring your own tissues, paper towels and beach towels :)

The chalet was clean and exactly what I was expecting from the description and pictures!The hot tub and fireplace made our stay extra relaxing.Loved being able to bring our dogs. The location was perfect to be close to Hocking Hills State Park and the hikes!

The cabin was quaint. The hot tub was a welcome joy after a long day of hiking. The amenities made us feel comfortable along with the host checking in on us often making sure our stay was enjoyable was a bonus! Location was great, and it was a nice and enjoyable experience to get away and relax and site see and take a break from work

Fantastic. Loved the amenities. Loved the shops so close. Literally within walking distance. The people working the chalets were unbelievably nice, and catered to our every need. Loved the experience in the fall. No bugs. Not too cold. Leaves changing. The only time I’d wanna be there. The experience was amazing. The only thing I will say, is they should probs switch out their hot tubs head rests. As they were kind of falling apart into the water. Not a big deal as they easily could be removed and placed back before we left. Overall tho. Highly highly recommend.

It was exactly what we wanted. Cozy, intimate for my husband, and my two kids….we “unplugged” for 2 nights….and just played games, enjoyed the hot tub and hung out….we were close to the hiking we wanted and it was just perfect. My only complaint was there was no oven at all , no dishwasher, and the refrigerator was the size of a hotel mini fridge. Maybe it had said that in the Vrbo website though…..but we brought food for 2 days so we didn’t have to go out once……we made do just fine, but making chicken parm without an oven was a challenge, ha….But it was clean, cozy and effortless. Thank you!!!

We had a wonderful weekend in A frame 11! The location is perfect, very close to everything yet still secluded and quiet. Cabin was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay. Check in and check out was easy. We will definitely be back for another stay!

Super cute, clean place. Loved the hot tub! Convenient location. Only negative thing was the shower curtain smelled which made the bathroom smell.
