“My husband & I needed some peace & quiet. A place to reconnect & recharge ourselves. The wind off the bay melted away the stress. The sound of the waves calmed our soul. The comfortable chairs turned the clock back. Everything was as described. Nice, clean & comfortable. The bed was cozy. Plenty of towels. Well the kitchen could use a few more towels & pot holders. “So much I could say but gonna try to keep it short. This was a great place inside & out. Loved the screened in porch & the outdoor patio area. Also the private beach area, fishing off the pier, watching the dolphins swim, meeting the cat Molly & her friends, watching the sunset. We were able to grill & chill. A nice place to relax w/our adult kids playing cornhole, eating, drinking & just breathing it all in. Linda our host was AWESOME!! I'd highly recommend this place!!”

“We really enjoy staying here. It is close to our family, peaceful and refreshing. It accompanied us with what we needed for the weekend. The owner is amazing to deal with! Quick to respond and solve problems. (There weren't any problems that were major, just a confusion on the check in code) Definitely a gem that is private!!!”

“Overall, property is very nice. Elevated lighted fishing deck with seating for several (some facing water and more further back), The deck is on a canal with bay access for fish & a shrimp boat. On 1 side of canal there are 8 houses, several vacant lots & some type of facility on 1 end, with another building on the other end. Other side has marsh with bay beyond This house is almost centered along canal length. It is easy to cact across canal.All seven of us (5 adults & 2 kids) did try our luck……

“From start to finish this was a great house. The owners communicated to welcome us the morning of our reservation. I had questions about fishing, they responded within 20 min. The check-in was super simple. These owners want you to feel at home, as they allow you to use the house as if it is your own: spices in the kitchen, pots/pans, shampoo, laundry machines, etc. The kids and us really enjoyed the journal (you'll understand when you rent), was such a nice such!
