“The outdoor public sports facilities are very good, there are basketball courts, tennis courts, swimming pools, the surrounding environment of the cabins is very bad, the greening is not good, the vegetation is bare loess, the slopes of the paths are very steep, and it is difficult for the elderly to walk.”

“Got it the hotel, and they said they couldn’t find the reservation. Had to wait up to 30 minutes to check in while it’s 1am, very frustrating experience. Room was clean though, just terrible front desk.”

“My room was spacious and comfortable. Lots of available in-room amenities: coffee maker, fridge, iron & ironing board, tv, WiFi, microwave. The shower worked well and the towels were plush. The bed was very comfortable. I sat out on my deck every morning and had coffee to the pleasant sounds of the mountains and forest. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a very nice stay.”

““I was skeptical at first, but once I got to my room I was pleasantly surprised. Check-in was easy, and the receptionist greeted me with a warm smile. The room was clean, very cozy, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast had a nice variety and everything was fresh. Overall, a great stay!””

“The clerks lies about the booking capability and they said the tommy would be ready by 3pm, then later on said there was no room any more. Finally, I had to stay at the other hotel. That was horrible and clerks were poorly trained.”
