"Very clean! Kids loved the big pool and hot tub! "

"The staff was friendly. The pool and spa were covered. No access to the pool area. They said, oh! We give out vouchers to the local water park. Sorry! We are out of the vouchers. We had them available a couple days ago. No comments were made that day or the following 2 days at the hotel. The breakfast was minimal at best. "For the most part, i always enjoy my stay there. The rooms i usually get are nice. My only issues this time was the tub faucet was very loose it was hard to turn the water on and off. And the pool area. If staff could make there presents known better, the rowdiness of the people in the pool area will be better controlled. Over all i enjoyed my stay."

"Very dirty and smelly hallways and in the room. My white socks were black after 2 nights stay. The shower spray was good however and tub in good condition and not dirty. "
