「The couple that owns this property are too sweet. Unfortunately, the storm the night before took out the internet but Todd came over right away and tried to trouble shoot it. Despite not being successful, he kept me up to date about the situation while being respectful of my privacy and stay. He even brought over a beautiful gift to say sorry.
