Clean, cozy, and calm. Extremely comfortable bed. Great a/c. Great water pressure. Wonderful cross breeze with the windows open. Very quiet.No tv or internet which was exactly what we needed.

This place was a perfect place for us and our 4 young children, ages 12-4. They played soccer in the yard and watched the sheep while we were there, and it was close to Colorado Bend State Park. It was fun to go to the park during the day then come relax in the evening and watch/listen to the sheep, ...
