Admittedly this is a work in progress but I have stayed in many hostelries throughout my lifetime and this is by far the best, from the welcoming staff to the friendliness of the residents. There is a large garden at the back where one can relax, chat to others, or simply have some “me” time if you like. Forget the work in progress element, just use your imagination and you could easily be in the Garden of Eden.

Staff was friendly and helpful but the room was filthy. The floors were sticky, the wallpaper was peeling and the tv was practically falling out of the wall. It was also very dusty, the baseboards were practically black with dust.

I was surprisingly pleased when I arrived as I thought it would be a very bad stay as it was so cheap. The problem was that at 6:00 in the morning it started leaking water right on my son’s bed.

The staff was exceptionally helpful, warm welcoming and a good guide. Great, peacefully place to stay just outside of the main city but an easy 10 minute walk to the Elizabeth Line/Underground tube stations with easy access to shopping.

My room was long and thin and the window was very small and up one end so it provided minimal ventilation. En suite was tiny but reasonable presentation. Second floor so the shower pressure was quite low. It's an easy walk to Ealing Broadway (about 10mn) so well situated, Won't suit if you prefer a more up-to-date corporate feel but very good value.

Do not stay here - broken fan , dysfunctional tv , mattress as hard as nails , bathroom smelt like mould , whole hotel very seedy , originally told I had made a mistake and wasn’t booked in there - wish I wasn’t in the end , went to ask for new fan and if tv could be fixed- reception was closed and not even 9pm. Decided to cut my losses and leave.

I get the hotel is cheaper than what you would find in London. It costs a lot more to stay in other hotels and I was only here for work experience. I am not fussed if there is a decent bed and bathroom as I’m only there for work purposes. However, the hotel was appalling. Staff barely communicated with you, there was no lifts so had to carry all my stuff across the stairs, room had water leakages, broken toilet seats, crammed shower, hard mattress and very old bedding. It smelt of cigarettes and other stuff constantly when I thought there was a no smoking policy. There’s no ventilation or anything in the bathrooms. I also did my research and I have discovered that there have been false positive reviews about this hotel and other information that I was not aware about from the start. I was not expecting top notch service but I thought at least £60 a night I can have an accessible bed and bathroom. Please be careful booking into this hotel and I’ll be aware to do as much research as I can and go to more known hotel chains.

The room was basic. There were flies in the bathroom, seemed to be coming out of the light. No security lock on the door so did not feel very safe. The downstairs entrance hall smelt badly if urine.

The staff were friendly when they were there, and the hotel was only a 10 minute walk from a tube station. However, their website says free parking and we were charged £10 to park. The room looked nothing like what was advertised and we booked a king and the bed deffinatly wasn't a king. When we came out of our room this morning at 8:30ish we were surprised to find a bag that had urine in/on it and a lump of poo on the landing at the top of the stairs. When we returned to check out and leave, they were still there at 11 and there were no staff around for us to make them aware of this.
