We stayed at this property twice in the last month as we toured Europe with family. We got a free room upgrade as the family rooms were overbooked when we arrived. Housekeeping was quick and attentive. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Breakfast was nice with lots of healthy options. Location is great and accessible by train. We will be back!

Exceptional Five Star Experience at Aloft London Excel I recently had the pleasure of returning to this fantastic hotel, and once again, the level of hospitality was nothing short of world class. From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and comfortable stay. The service here is truly five star, defined by a genuine warmth that is rare to find. I want to extend a special thank you to the operational manager, Alexandros Tsarnas, for maintaining such high standards across the property. It is clear that excellence is a priority here. Outstanding Staff Recognition A few individuals made my stay particularly memorable: Anuska (Receptionist): She is an absolute credit to the hotel. Anuska is incredibly good at her job, always smiling and radiating a positive energy that makes you feel instantly welcome. Sagar Singh (Duty Manager): I am immensely grateful to Sagar for his incredible kindness and professional touch. He handled my room allocation with great care and was generous enough to grant a late check out until 16:00, which made a huge difference to my trip. The attention to detail and the willingness to look after guests is what sets this hotel apart. Whether you are visiting for business or leisure, the team ensures you are well taken care of. I have already begun sharing my positive experiences with others, and I will certainly be back. Thank you for making my stay so special.

Lovely stay and lovely stay. You can watch the planes take off and land. Which my daughter loved. Very convenient location. We also walked down to ride the cable cars to the o2 which was fun and great views. The pool was mild temperature not freezing atall but the room/air in there does get hot. There is a £25 security deposit per night.

Really lovely stay only atayed for 2nights but then booked for 1 more night. The pool was not freezing, mild temperature but it does get hot in the pool room. Lovely staff and very helpful. They do charge a £25 security eposit per night. I wasnt aware of this so it did come as a shock. Theres a resturant upstair which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, unfoand another bar

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were very helpful and friendly throughout my visit. Parking was available, which made everything much more convenient. I also had a great time at the pool and truly enjoyed the day overall. It was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and I would be happy to stay here again.

We like this hotel as it is reasonably priced, has a 24hr gym, half decent pool, sauna and steam room. It is also 2 minutes away from the DLR (docklands light railway) giving easy access to central London and the west end. We always book parking through 'Your Parking Space' If you do this you can cut that car parking costs in half although you will have a 5 minute walk to the hotel itself.

Nice hotel! Lovely and modern, spacious rooms. I stayed for my anniversary with my partner. We requested an anniversary package but they didn’t give us any cake with it (which was included) when we asked the front desk they were helpful and attentive. They later brought us a dessert but they misspelled “anniversary” and brought a lemon cheesecake (which I’m allergic to), we asked for an actual cake again and they brought one up that was again misspelled but they tried haha! I wouldn’t recommend anniversary package but would recommend the hotel overall. The breakfast was ok I’m not a fan of undercooked or mushy eggs and not much options for vegetarians or those who don’t eat pork - other than the pastries which I definitely enjoyed! The pool was lovely, steam room was not working when I went but we used the sauna. Dinner was amazing here! Fish and chips 10/10. The location is great with DLR close by. Overall a lovely stay

Great hotel for the Excel Centre, perfect for any business travelers that are doing an exhibition at the Excel. Decent pool, steam room, sauna, and the rooms were nice. Cleaning staff actually cleaned the rooms everyday and the staff were nice.

The breakfast was great. The location was close and accessible to everything. The staff was very nice and friendly. The pool was great and heated and indoor. The sauna and steam rooms were awesome. The gym was nice. I would recommend staying here.
