服裝員態度各機都幾好，但酒店設施大殘，房間唔乾淨，很多已損爛，床槈很不舒服，凹陷下去了，枕頭很費，根本不像枕頭，花灑水力同水温都唔好，時冷時熱，，還有存放行李要收費！

There is NO air-conditioning in the room!!! It was 33 degree in the afternoon when I visited London. There was not even a fan. The room was hot and stuffy. Water pressure in the bath room was so low that I could hardly wash my hair. The only bright side for me was the breakfast.

Below average. Room for improvement

Only one slow lift for whole building of six floors. WiFi was free but couldn’t be detected in hotel room at all for all my 6 days accommodation. There’s no toilet paper rack. Heater is not enough to warm up the whole room. The kettle had some stains and rusting at bottom. Overall the lighting was inadequate and too dim. A corner of room was in total darkness at night. The only favorable point of this hotel was the water pressure of shower. You can enjoy a nice hot bath at the end of day after sightseeing in city. It charged me £1 for leaving my luggage in reception after checking out.

住了一星期，房間地毯家具稍嫌老舊，但整齊清潔。WiFi,早餐也有提供，還能寄放行李(要另外付費)。飯店位置很方便，離地鐵站步行五分鐘，附近就有超市餐廳，生活機能十分方便。整體來說，價性比極高。

Bra läge och lätt att ta sig till centrala London. Rummet var under min förväntan. Sängen var inte riktigt bekväm för oss och rummet var liten. Frukost var iaf sådär bra. Bra pris och läge under en kortare vistelse.

Hi the hotel was very busy and when we arrived our room had been given away. Sorted out another room but that one had a guest in ,(though not when we entered). Third time lucky and all went well after that

Don't believe photos

The photos totally misrepresent the actual standard room. Definitely don't rent a standard room. Deluxe room has upgraded bathroom which is nice, but the floor is a very old rug badly stained. If flooring is the hotel was upgraded in would be a reasonable budget hotel. As it is now the room is uncomfortable every time you step on the floor

Läget var bra, många restauranger runt om och nära kommunikation. Frukosten var okej. Städningen var jätte dåligt på rummet. Hår i duschen och dammiga golv när vi kom. Trots att vi sa till fixade de inte städningen förrän andra gången vi sa till.

Best value in London

Great value for such a great location. Shower stall a bit on the small side but perfect in every other way. Very quiet by London standards and thicker walls than most newer hotels. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough for a highly cost effective convenient location to stay. Will be back.

Rummen typ som ett vandrarhem, trevlig personal frukost ok men muslimsk så inget bacon etc men helt ok, läget bra nära Earls Court T bana, affärer nära där du kan köpa vatten etc. Prisvärt du får var du betalar för. Helt ok

You get what you pay for🙄

From the outside the hotel looks good as well as the foyer. I had a single room which was adequate however the bathroom looked tired. The whole place looked like it needed a bit of a makeover. However my trip to London was for training purposes so the hotel was somewhere for me to sleep. So that being the case it was adequate.

Staff very helpful, the room was cozy but traffic quite noisy to a country person not used to traffic. Have stayed at busier location but quality of glazing made the previous stays much quieter. Would use again though.

I didnd like anything, very bad hotel. I pay for 3 nights, after sleeping first night at the next day I went to an other Hotel. Was that bad that I dint mind loosing the money for the others two nights. Dont recomend it.
