Fantastic big family house (181 m2) with garden, the house has 2 lounges, 1 big kitchen and 4 bedrooms including one kids room and one nursery room. It also has a big nice garden with a trampoline.
Situated in Winchmore Hill, closest tube station is Southgate (Piccadilly) 10 min by walk and Winchmore Hill station 6 min by walk. Off street parking. Situated in a very safe, desirable neighbourhood in Winchmore Hill.
The house is ideal for a big family with kids.

Comfortable house and great location

We stayed for two weeks and the house accommodated me and my wife, our two sons, and their girlfriends quite comfortably. Lana and Stefano bought an extra mattress when we upped our numbers from 4 to 6 people which I very much appreciated. Otherwise this would not have worked out very well. The property abuts the Grovelands Park, which we made regular use of, and is less than a 15 minute walk to Southgate station. The only suggestions I have is a) to add curtains to the front room - we felt exposed without them and as a result didn't spend any time there, and b) add more seating to the main living room. Overall, a great property!
