It has 76 sqm space with new Italian furniture for max 8 guests, with 2 EU king beds(160*200), 1 double sofa bed (120*200) & 1 single bed (75*200). Brixton Station is just 5 mins walk away, from which you can reach ALL Central London stations under 20 min. Brixton Town is famous for many fusion restaurants & pubs. O2 Brixton Academy for top concerts is across the road under 1 min walk.

After being rented out on a long term basis for a few years, finally this flat is back to Airbnb market! My 2 bedroom / 2 bath modern apartment is 76 sqm, not an easy find in Central London! Equipped with Italian designer furniture, I hope this will be the perfect base for your trip to London!

Brixton Station on the Victoria Line is only 5-minute walk away from the flat, and there are 10+ bus routes just downstairs to all over Central London.
From Brixton Station, you can reach ALL central London locations between 5-20 min, I don't think you can get better than that in Central London!

3. Guest Access
Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay.
Normal check-in is 5PM and check-out 12PM noon (as it will take 4-5 hours to clean the whole flat) . However, if you do need an early check-in between 12PM noon -5pm, pls let me know first, as I might be able to coordinate with the cleaners so they can watch over your luggage in the flat while they are cleaning the flat.
If you can only check in your luggage outside of the 12PM noon-5PM period, you can simply use STASHER website, there are lots of luggage storage places around the flat within 5-10 minutes walk in Brixton SW9 area costing a couple of pounds per hour.
It is possible to rent a parking space off premises. Please use JUSTPARK website and to find out available parking space near the flat in Brixton SW9, costing a couple of pounds per hour.
It is a self-service check-in/check-out process with a lockbox, available 24/7, so you don't need to worry about your travel schedule and late check-in time. You will get two set of keys in a lockbox near the flat with a passcode.
Full instruction on guest access will be available once you finish the booking. I will be contactable by Airbnb Inbox or mobile during your stay.
4. Other Info:
Please be quiet, considerate and clean. Treat it like your own home for me please. Smoking, drinking and partying are NOT allowed.
Especially, NO SMOKING, as the non-smoking rule is strictly implemented in this building, any smoking action detected will be fined heavily (more than £3k) by the Management Company of the building. So please be sure there won't be any smoking in the flat, even in the winter garden/balcony!
Please always put the correct "number of guests checking-in" when you book the flat, as this info decides the number of beds, duvets, pillows, towels and mattresses to be prepared. By default, we assume our current two European king size beds (160*200) in two bedrooms can host up to 4 guests, while the small double sofa bed (120*200) is ONLY needed for the 5th & 6th guests and the small single bed(75*200) is ONLY needed for the 7th guests.
Pls let me know if it is a different arrangement (e.g. some guest(s) won't share the bed with the other(s)) from your side when you book, pls check with me first, I will try my best to accommodate your requests.
