Breakfast good parking good felt the hotel room could.of benifited with a microwave with kids around warming uo baby food or.bottles you need to come prepared here all of the automatic doors are turned off which makes it a big pain using strollers if your on your own with a child like i was entrainment was great onthe plus side
Stayed with family for 2 nights. Rooms are great with matching photos on web site. Kids really enjoyed santa grotto and rides .. dine in prices are bit expensive comparatively but not unusual compare to other UK theme parks.
The hotel was lovely, staff were great, pool was brilliant and there was entertainment I wasn’t expecting (mini disco). Downside is the price of food and drink, it’s crazy expensive!

There was a plenty of free parking close to the hotel. The hotel could do with some repairs and general tidy up, the overnight price was reasonable so not expecting perfection. Dining options are limited unless you book, we had quite a distance to travel so didn’t want to book and miss the slot. Breakfast service has a good choice but again it’s advisable to book, not quite sure how they cope in the summer months.

Spacious room, good breakfast options and convenient location for work. Chocolates on pillow was a bonus in the bunk beds! There was an event on which was a little loud, but overall a good nights sleep
Lovely big room, fantastic breakfast and restaurant area with great views. Very convenient. However communication by staff could be improved to help guests get the best out of our stay. E.g, no one let us know about the early park access, that the splash pool was closed, about car parking etc.
This is a great hotel - it would be fab for family stays. But when the park is closed, its a good place to stay on business because the rooms are really comfortable and the food is nice.
Used as accommodation for visiting Wimbledon. Very convenient with the station less then 15 minutes walk and trains direct to Wimbledon in another 15. Clean, well-themed hotel for youngsters. Excellent view from room into part of the zoo. Nice pool and breakfast buffet.

Nice night away with a good view. Just needs a bit
Check in staff and staff around the hotel were all helpful and friendly. Room was a good size with a great view, however it is in need of renovations. Dinner was nice but the service staff were slow and we witnessed multiple tables being served food before drinks, including ourselves.
The staff were brilliant, the room was lovely and clean and the Safari view from the room was unbelievable. We had the best time and even extended our stay. In the evenings hotel guests have access to up close walking around the Safari animals which was amazing.
We stay here every year for business. Excellent hotel - fantastic breakfast.
Only reason it’s not fully 5/5 is when checking out I was told they were busy and to write down my name and details and my receipt would be emailed. 5 days later and I still haven’t received this. Also I am sure a bit of a gdpr issue that I was asked to write on paper that had the previous persons personal details on as well.
Great hotel directly at Chessington World of Adventures. Everything is themed very nicely and a lot of the rooms and restaurants have a view directly on the Safari park and some of the animals. Absolutely lovely.
Customer service was also great, especially by Malakaib.
A very clean and well presented property, excellent themeing and location to the park. Breakfast was excellent as were staff. The room was the let down, the bed was very hard and felt like the mattress was very old and worn. The pillows and duvet weren't much better. The bathroom was well worn and needs a refresh, shower was leaking, lots of rust and cracks and signs of wear.
Overall it was a mix of a high end hotel with Travelodge furnishings in the rooms. Only paid 70 with breakfast and animal view so I felt good value but I would not pay more that 90 a night.
ALSO the animals don't roam in the winter so the view is not worth it.
Perfect hotel for us would stay here again and the staff we were amazing! We had to leave our room just before 10pm as the people next door to us were so loud it was keeping us awake, however the staff were amazing and had it not been for others staying it would have been perfect.
