- Apt has been freshly re furnished.

- Location is perfect just off the famous market on Portobello Road.

- The apartment is amongst the best cafes and restaurants in London.

- Situated on one of the most colourful streets in Notting Hill!

- Great for families or friends, vacation & business travel.

- Our neighbour in apartment below is renovating until mid Nov 2024 this may causes slight disruption

Dying clothes- There is a heated dying rack stored under the master bed. This is perfect to dry your cloths after washing and is very effective and quick.



Heating - There is a thermostat on the shelf in the living room. This can be used to control the temperature.



Other Things to Note:

Trash / rubbish You must not put loose rubbish in the bins outside it must be bagged, either in a green household waste bag, a clear recycling bag or a black bag.



Please let me know in advance if you need to use the sofa bed for groups of 4 or less. Groups with more than 4 guests will automatically be set up with the sofa bed bed.

Wonderful trip in little painted ladies

Hailing from San Francisco, this place reminded us of home with the brightly colored houses on the street. The apartment was great, very comfortable and clean, perfect for 3 adults and a teenager (on the sofa bed - which is about the most comfortable pull out I've ever been on). The location to restaurants and shops on Portobello can't be beat and it's a 5-10 minute walk to various Underground lines. The apartment is right off Portobello Road and the perfect location for exploring London while having great places to grab breakfast bites or go out for dinner. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Located a block away from Portobello shopping, restaurants and pubs. Train stations were several blocks away, but not a far walk. Owner was good about checking in, responding to messages right away and resolving issues that came up. Washing machine was key after traveling for 2 weeks.

Patrick is a fantastic host. He is available and communicates when there are questions. Patrick proactively sent us a personalized link on what to do which was very helpful. The apartment is clean and in a perfect location with quick one block access to Portobello. I would absolutely stay again.

Great Neighborhood!

We loved staying at the Colville Houses. The neighborhood was wonderful, quiet, and conveniently located. It is within walking distance of great restaurants and the famous Notting Hill outdoor markets. It is also close to a few subway, (Tube) stops. The property was clean and had a fully stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable and we slept very well while there. Patrick always got back to me quickly when I had a question. I would highly recommend this property!
