讚好：整潔度
Overall clean, new or renovated apartment, comfortable bed/pillows, nicely decorated room, nice bathroom. A cool bathroom mirror. No screens on the windows so we couldn't keep it open and enjoy the cool breeze from the attic because bugs were coming in. Hard to figure out wifi password. The main challenge we faced was we didn't get the check-in details in time. I had to message the host 3 times before they gave any check-in info, which by the way was to *call* their local number... Not like the code for the lock or location of the key. This was not convenient for few reasons: (1) we are from Canada and so we did not have roaming for calls activated on our phone, which was needed to call this local number, (2) our flight got in super late at night and I wasn't sure if the host will even be awake to pick up my (super expensive roaming) call at that hour, (3) all this just caused a lot of needless stress that is typically easily avoided with a lock code - which was what the solution was - when I called, they gave me a code for the lock box. It seems to me that they could have messaged the lockbox code when I messaged them earlier. Perhaps this is a security concern and hence it was the way it was, and in that case, I urge VRBO to figure out another safer solution that hosts feel safe to deploy, than having to bother the host late at night and cause needless stress for travelers. In this age, this feels like a solvable problem. Anyway, everything was fine once we were in.
