Small clean room near Paddington Station. We were there during heat wave so room was very warm. No AC, but two small fans were provided and windows openable. Fridge in room.

Clean and good location round the corner from Paddington station. No lifts and I was on the 4th floor which is a nightmare if you have luggage and the staff don't help you so had to leave my suitcase at the front desk.

The room was small, but it was clean, so I had no complaints. There wasn’t any air conditioning, but the ceiling fan was enough, and I slept well. Breakfast was not free, but location was really great. I enjoyed staying London.

This is a 3 star hotel. If you are traveling alone and don’t expect much from a hotel room in London, this is perfect. If you are traveling with another person or expect 3+ star amenities (AC, lift, etc) this hotel will disappoint you.

Great value for money, top location. Decent sized single room and a good level of cleanliness. Very happy with the water temperature and pressure in the bathroom as well. Friendly and welcoming staff, will definitely be back.

Nice, clean hotel. Not luxurious, but has everything you need. Did not try the breakfast, as we had to leave before they started serving it. There was a lot of streetnoise coming into our room all night. Some people doing some kind of business in a language I don't know were having very aggressive arguments right outside our window.

Absolutely clean and tidy place . Very warmly and inviting reception Great staff Polite and helpful . Quiet location too . Excellent location for Hyde park (15 min walk) Negative was breakfast , no cooked veggie option , Breakfast staff member was Abit rude after we requested a slice of toast for my child, made us feel uneasy . Breakfast room does get crowded with limited seats . Cooked breakfast is an add on at a cost . Not advertised on any web site. 2 adults 3 children , Unfortunately we was given a 5 single bed room which seemed sufficient but realising that they was all children beds not fit for a grown adult . We was told other option available. Very disappointing considering we booked nearly a week in advance Room wasn’t serviced No explanation given .
