I understand it’s during lockdown, my expectation should be adjusted. But there are certainly some points worth mentioning, I paid for breakfast for three of us, it was not cheap. The kitchen is closed which I understand. We were only give a box of cereal, milk, yogurt, croissant and bottle of water, bowl, fork and spoon on the first day, no yogurt nor bowl, spoon and fork on the 2nd day. That was disappointing. On the house cleaning, I had to chase a few times to get cleaners to come over and in the 2nd (Saturday) all cleaners were off, so no house cleaning. I saw guests leaving the food bag outside their rooms after breakfast was done. During this sensitive time, it may be a bad idea not to offer cleaning daily. I booked a double king room as it says on Expedia that the size is 36sqm when I checked with the hotel, the biggest room size that they have was 28 sqm and the room I booked was 23 sqm. That’s a total disappointment.
The good point is we have notified the hotel we would check in late, by the time we got there, the front desk got the paperwork ready. The third bed was set up in the room. We found the room still chilly after trying to put the heating in the room, the front desk offered to give us a heater.
