A recently refurbished to a high standard, comfortable studio flat on the second floor of a secure period block close to Victoria Sloane Square Stations, it a short walk from Chelsea, Pimlico, Victoria and Battersea Park.

This studio has been refurbished to a high standard with a separate kitchen and bathroom in a secure block. The living room has a pull down compact double bed, chaise lounge, table, chairs and large double glazed windows. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials required for your catering needs, be it a quick breakfast or a romantic dinner.

GETTING HERE
No matter which airport or train station you use to arrive in London, there is always an easy way to get to me. Just let me know in advance and I will tell you how.

We always meet our guests to hand over the keys, walk guests through the flat and answer any queries as well as provide an overview of local amenities.

Flat is next to a giant construction site

As Rodney and Liz know there was some problems with the flat. I don't believe it was their fault it took a few days to repair no heat no hot water. Probably the worst part of my experience there was the giant construction site next door listening to jackhammers day in and day out is extremely irritating. I think when they finish the project across the street which is Giant the place will be a better experience! Other complaint is the bed very uncomfortable and the chaise lounge smells and is dirty. The flat itself is in a good area to see sights I was able to walk to all of them!

Terrible experience

Words cannot describe how it feels when your newly married daughter phones you in tears having been told that the property will not be rented to her (on arrival) as they felt intimidated. Why? Because 2 of her in-laws brought her bag in for her!

Well-equipped, clean studio for a great price

I stayed in this flat for five nights on a work trip. The flat was clean, well-equipped, and easy to find. The neighborhood is low-key and quiet, particularly given the central location. While there were a couple of minor hiccups that could happen anywhere, this was a solid spot at a great price. I would recommend it.

Great location and neighborhood

I enjoyed my stay, it was the perfect bolt-hole for a week while I was in London on business. It's an older building, built 1870, and has the size and proportions you would expect from a Victorian Era flat. I was hardly there except to sleep and wash up, so it definitely served its purpose. The upstairs neighbors can be noisy late into the night, so bring ear plugs if you want a restful night's sleep. Property owner Rodney was attentive and accommodating, allow an early check in and working around my delayed arrival flight. I would stay here again.

AmaIng experience! Great location, comfortable and clean apartment

Had a great stay here! The location is perfect, apartment is very clean and the host was great. They provided a tablet in the room with loads of recommendations and info about the area. I would highly recommend this property and would return!

Fantastic flat in Pimlico!

My husband and I stayed here in November (visiting from Los Angeles) and absolutely loved it! Great location, near train, bus, and ferry for transport, and close to fantastic food and nightlife. Flat has WiFi, kitchen, bathtub, large comfy bed, and is directly across from a Sainsbury Local, which we couldn’t live without during our trip! We made breakfast every morning and even cooked dinner a couple nights after a long day of touring London. The flat is in a nice quiet building, within walking distance of Sloane Square, King’s Road, Battersea Park, and so much more! Rodney and Liz were attentive and helpful with any questions we had. We highly recommend this location. In fact, my husband and son are returning in February and are staying here again!

Really comfortable and convenient

Very convenient and comfortable bijou apartment. Right opposite a sainsbury local and within 2 minutes of several bus stops. The flat was quiet and warm with all of the conveniences included.
