This was an amazing stay for us a family of my dad and my daughter.
This gets a 10 out of a 10.
Staff was very friendly, helpfull and fantastic.
The room was great and clean and the food/breakfast was very cosy and good.
Overall a fantastic stay and we will be back another time.
The room is pristine clean but some toiletries were not offered like facial tissue box, toothpaste & toothbrush. There is no bedroom slippers. There is no vanity kit.
Breakfast is free but you have to eat the same kind of food for the duration of our trip which is 9 days.
I also hope that they will put a mini fridge next time.
The staffs are all very courteous & accomodating.
Inexpensive, clean and close to transportation.
The hotel serve breakfast and dinner on the restaurant but, there’s a great Turkish restaurant near by.
Very friendly staff, stayed extra 45 mins after the check out time, and they were very accommodating. Nice and affordable stay with good location for commuting around London. Excellent shower and clean bathroom. Good value for money.

Would definitely recommend.
The staff was so so nice. It was such a nice experience. Tharea is not the most pretty, but you felt so safe and welcome at the hotel. At first we didnt want to pay that much for "hotel breakfast", but after we saw it we decided to eat there everyday. It was very nice, with grat variation. We also ordered room service, which also was great!
Hotel is lovely. Very clean and our room was absolutely massive. Big tv, fridge, coffee machine, speaker, robe and nice stuff for the shower. Area around the hotel was a bit grotty but would stay again.
