Check in was a little difficult, but the staff was incredible and helped us understand the process. It was an international trip for us so things are a bit different. The place was as described. The only misunderstanding we had was the placement of the bathroom. All in all it was a lovely stay and we would recommend it for anyone to be super happy and comfortable in the middle of the action. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for your hospitality!

Beautiful hotel. Tow guest rooms share one bathroom but that wasn’t an issue for us. The property is clean and beautiful. Kitchen is beautiful. Close to a lot. The staff called me after I checked in to make sure everything was good.

The location of the stay was very convient, however was surprised no mention was made of no ensuite bathroom and confirmation of stay did not say we would be on the fourth floor very challenging with our luggage. Television did not work and room was not cleaned after we stayed for 3 days. Instructions of how to access the premises could have been sent to the email took a while whilst we were outside to know it was sent to expedia. Front door was problematic and was stuck out side until a neighbour assisted.

It was a great location however i didn't realise it was a shared bathroom which was less than convenient, i just read back through the listing and still missed it. In addition i was on the top floor, it would have been a nightmare getting up there with a suitcase. Also i couldn't get the bathroom light to work overnight which could have been awkward. Bedding was nice, clean towels. If you don't mind sharing a bathroom or stairs i would recommend as the location was awesome.

The room was ok clean. The bathroom is outside the unit ( private ) was not bean cleaning before my arrival. Disgusting toilet , shower and dirty towels. No extra toilette paper. Will never go back.

I pre-booked this hotel and it cost me a lot for 5 nights. After I booked and paid a non refundable huge amount, I was then told that my room would be on the 3rd floor which was up 5 flights of stairs and nearly killed me to get my luggage up. It's not accessible and there's nobody to help you. Immediately I found that the blind was broken and the hotel team were great and replaced it within 24 hours. The kitchen was very well appointed and had everything you could possibly need to cook and eat any meal you like. Sadly the window was directly below my room and if someone else was burning food it came straight in the window. The shared bathroom was horrendous and the drains did not work properly. Plus you had to share a bathmat which I thought was kind of gross because I don't want other people's tinea. I enquired about having my towels changed given that it was a 5 night stay but they told me it would be a very expensive amount and I would have to have the sheets changed as well. Most hotels do it once for free for over 2 nights. The mattress wasn't comfortable and I got a sore back. It's a nice place and I am sure that the downstairs rooms are lovely. There should be clearer transparency for the upstairs rooms and they should let you know that you have 5 flights of stairs to get up and no lift. The courtyard is only visible from the pictures and I assume it was accessible from someone else's room but I didn't find it. All up it was ok but I would not stay again.

This was an excellent location for all modes of public transport. Only a 3 minute walk to buckingham palace and major train and bus station. It was a surprisingly quiet little pocket tucked away from the hustle and bustle of busy London. If you dont mind climbing stairs, it is a perfect location. The ability to use the kitchen and laundry was a bonus too. We will be coming back here next time
